The speakers
Kariem Hussein is a Swiss athlete in the discipline 400m hurdles. He is currently Swiss champion over 400m hurdles and starts at the World Athletics Championships in Doha in late September 2019. One of his greatest achievements is the European title in the 400m hurdles in 2014. Kariem Hussein is also a doctor. He successfully completed his medical studies in October 2018.

Marcel Arnold is a personal trainer, nutritionist and former top athlete in the mountain bike and racing bike sector. In addition, he and his father, Karl Arnold, are the founders of WOO®. For him the interaction of training and regeneration is an important topic. Those who regenerate faster have more time for training!
